The house
– was completely renovated in the years 2020-2022. The property is located in the center of the park and is modernly furnished. A gas heating system provides cozy warmth in winter. The property is completely fenced.

In the house
– About 45 m² are optimally distributed in a spacious living / dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 small dressing room / baby room, hallway and the shower room.

The living space

– comfortable couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, double doors to the terrace, gas heating.

Kitchenette with appliances (refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, hot air fryer, kettle, dishes, glasses and cutlery. All kitchen utensils are available, extendable dining table with up to 6 chairs, cabinets

The stylish, renovated bathroom convinces with a spacious wellness shower and sink, toilet and hairdryer.

–Bedroom1 – Double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), with adjoining dressing room with closet, travel cot, high chair, electric heating

–Bedroom2 – Bunk bed (0.90m x 2.00m), closet, gas heating

Laundry room

In the front building at the entrance barrier there is a communal laundry room with washing machines & dryers (washing tokens are available for purchase from the site management).

Boating

At the administration you can rent a boat for small excursions.

For example, you can drive to the direct center of Medemblik, or in the other direction to the nature reserve Boxwei. All waterways are labeled. The boats are license free in the offered size and speed.

Playground

There is a small, fenced-in playground near the front parking lot.

Baden

Communal swimming pool with a small lawn not 50 meters away.

The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities, (boats and bicycle rental) are also within walking distance. Whether to kite surf, swim, fish, sail, bike, hike or just lay in the sun – golf & mini golf opportunities, everything is possible here.

The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in about an hour, as well as the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.

Final cleaning:60€ in cash, on site.
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person from 18 years in cash, on site. Deposit
