Chalet Welcome

Chalet “Welcome” is approx. 35m2 and has a living and dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom and two bedrooms. One of them is only suitable for children.

It is situated on an idyllic plot with its own jetty – directly on the Groote Vliet lake. Thanks to its sheltered location, the house cannot be seen from the surrounding areas and offers you absolute peace and privacy.

ideal for 4 people, large panoramic window (offers a view of the terrace/boat dock,
canal and meadow).

TV via SAT (Astra) and Internet TV such as Netflix and Prime

Kitchenette with appliances (fridge with integrated freezer compartment, electric oven, ceramic hob,
pad coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, glasses and cutlery). All
important and useful kitchen utensils are of course also available.

The bathroom impresses with a spacious shower, 1 washbasin and 1 toilet.

Office hours: daily between 10:00 and 18:00!

All vacation homes are located on the vacation island Vislust in Onderdijk. The surrounding area, with its very good transport links, offers the mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, quiet at night, short distances to museums and sights. Also for your children there is a lot to experience in the surroundings. The Ijsselmeer is only knee deep near the beach, perfect for splashing around for the little ones. A large adventure playground is within 5 min walking distance or an indoor swimming pool is within 5 min driving distance. So absolutely nothing stands in the way of the perfect vacation for the whole family.

In only 5 minutes walk from the dike, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Ijsselmeer. By the way, your pet is very welcome here. You can also reach the dog beach in a few minutes walk.

The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities, (boats and bicycle rental) are also within walking distance. Whether to kite surf, swim, fish, sail, bike, hike or just lay in the sun – golf & mini golf opportunities, everything is possible here.

You would much rather go shopping, freshly baked fish, island hopping, visit a typical Dutch weekly market or a museum…?

Here, the historic port cities of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit.

To Amsterdam it is only about 60 km, perfect to reach via Hoorn in the Park & Ride with public transport.

The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in about an hour, as well as the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.

Mid-season: from 01.04. until 31.05. – 125€/per day
High season: from 01.06. until 31.08. – 135€/per day
Low season: from 01.09. to 21.12. – 105€/per day (from 01.11. to 21.12. gas -10 Euro per day)
Christmas/New Year’s Eve: from 21.12. to 21.12. until 07.01. – 135€/per day (gas-10€/per day )
Low season: from 07.01. until 31.03. – 105€/per day (gas-10€/per day )
Final cleaning:60€ in cash, on site.
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person from 18 years in cash, on site.

Deposit
150€ in cash, on site. Will be refunded upon departure.

If you cancel your trip, the following costs will be charged:
4 weeks before departure 20% of the total costs
3 weeks before departure 30% of the total costs
2 weeks before departure 50% of the total costs
1 week before departure 70% of the total costs
