The modern bathroom is bright, well-maintained and designed with great attention to detail. The spacious shower with glass doors ensures a pleasant showering experience and offers plenty of space to relax.

A washbasin with mirror, WC and practical storage facilities are of course available.

Thanks to the window, the bathroom is particularly light-flooded and friendly – ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a peaceful end to the evening.

Bedroom 1 (double bed)

The spacious master bedroom impresses with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), which ensures restful nights. The tasteful furnishings with harmonious colors and lovely details create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

A spacious closet offers plenty of storage space for your clothes and provides additional comfort during your stay. Two bedside tables with soft lighting and decorative elements round off the cozy ambience.

Bedroom 2 (single beds)

The second bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests and has two comfortable single beds (80 × 200 cm each). The friendly and bright design ensures a pleasant feel-good atmosphere.

A practical closet offers plenty of storage space, while stylish lamps provide additional comfort. Perfect for a relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep.

For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate communal room (for a fee).

The complex also offers a wide range of leisure activities right on the water: a communal jetty invites you to linger, while fishing and boating offer ideal conditions for relaxing hours in nature.

A swimming platform with a small sunbathing area rounds off the offer and creates perfect conditions for sunny days by the water.

Mid-season: from 01.04. until 31.05. – 135€/per day
High season: from 01.06. until 31.08. – 145€/per day
Low season: from 01.09. to 21.12. – 105€/per day (from 01.11. to 21.12. gas -10 Euro per day)
Christmas/New Year’s Eve: from 21.12. to 21.12. until 07.01. – 145€/per day (gas-10€/per day )
Low season: from 07.01. until 31.03. – 105€/per day (gas-10€/per day )
Final cleaning:60€ in cash, on site.
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person from 18 years in cash, on site.
