Welcome to the vacation home “De Graaf” on the island Vislust in Wervershoof.

Your vacation home has a living and dining room, a modern bathroom, and two bedrooms.

One of them is conveniently located in a separately accessible part of the building. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, so that here too, if necessary, two more sleeping places are available.

The entire building is u-shaped around a large, magnificently planted courtyard, which invites you to dream and relax. Also a massive stone grill and various garden furniture is at your disposal for cozy summer evenings.

From the inside, of course, your vacation home also has all imaginable amenities. A flat-screen TV in the bedroom and living room with a special external sound system are a matter of course, as well as all kitchen utensils and high-quality bathroom interior.

House De Graaf is located in Wervershoof, Noord-Holland in the Netherlands. Attractions , sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns , with charming architecture a few minutes drive away, e.g. Medemblik – 3km – Hoorn 20 km – Enkuizen – 25 km – or even Amsterdam 50 km. For children is located within walking distance next to our small on-site children’s playground, a large private playground with kiosk, terrace and many highlights, such as trampolines, large slides, wooden train, swings and and and – which can be used free of charge by our younger guests. Two kilometers away a swimming pool with water slide – Indore playground to 16 years about 5 km away. Next port in Medemblik – with its historic railroad station and dyke with a jetty for round trips. In Enkuizen is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland also in Enkuizen , for children up to 12 years is an inexpensive popular attraction that is popular with young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course in the immediate vicinity. Our manager will be happy to help you plan day trips, such as to the island of Texel or to the North Sea.

Middle season: from 01.04. until 31.05. – 125€/per day
High season: from 01.06. until 31.08. – 135€/per day
Low season: from 01.09 to 21.12. – 95€/per day (from 01.11 to 21.12 gas – 10€/day)
Christmas/New Year’s Eve: from 21.12. until 07.01. – 105€/per day(gas-10€/day)
Low season: from 07.01. until 31.03. – 95€/per day (gas-10€/day)
Final cleaning: 60€ in cash, on site.
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person over 18 years in cash, on site.

Deposit
150€ in cash, on the spot. Will be refunded upon departure.

Cancellation of your trip will incur the following charges:
4 weeks before departure 20% of total cost
3 weeks before departure 30% of the total cost
2 weeks before departure 50% of the total cost
1 week before departure 70 % of the total cost
